Magnificent location, incredibly friendly hotel, the staff was excellent. The atmosphere created was quiet. We had an airy twin/double room with fridge and separate sitting area plus TV. Tea and coffee making equipment, fridges, and glassware were a big plus. The service was friendly, nothing to complain about.
Everything was as expected.

Beautifully restored property with a unique blend of British naval and Bavarian decor. Located in a charming village in the Sumava mountain range, close to the highway. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean rooms ensure a restful sleep.

I stayed at a charming converted old mill, located right off the highway on the border of Czech Republic. The salon had a cozy burning fireplace and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant downstairs served exceptional Czech food. I also enjoyed the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet.
I do recommend this hotel.

the property was beautifully restored, and the room was comfortable and immaculately clean. the location was perfect as it was close to the highway, which was very convenient.
The property lacked sufficient Wi-Fi signal in the upstairs room, making it a bit challenging to stay connected. there was some feud going on among the young staff, which resulted in some unpleasant exchanges that were audible.

We had a great weekend at a charming little hotel nestled in the mountains. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with a mix of vintage and modern elements. The friendly staff made us feel at home and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was perfect for hiking and exploring local sights.
The hotel has limited dining options with no on-site restaurant, which was a bummer. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the hotel closes early on weekends.
